Do you paint the whole scene from scratch?

Short answer: Yes!

The backgrounds and bodies are part of my preset illustration, which is individually painted by hand. When you make your order, your face and hair will be painted in watercolour and blended seamlessly into the scene. This keeps the price more accessible while still giving you a truly one-of-a-kind portrait.

What kind of photos work best?

Clear, front-facing and well-lit photos where your face, hair, and colour are fully visible are ideal.
