Creating your family tree is simple and fun:

Select the number of people for the Family Tree and press Checkout. Make sure you leave a valid email address for me to contact you for further information.
Photos via email
Send me photos of each family member, simple headshots will do! I will carefully create your Tree, and you can review a sketch before it’s painted.
Delivered with Care
Once completed, your Family Tree will be carefully packed and shipped to you, ready to be framed and displayed.

Returns: Because each Family Tree is custom-made, all sales are final. However, I’ll work with you to ensure you're happy with your Tree before it’s finalised.

How is the Family Tree made?
Each Family Tree is hand-painted by me, Jun-Yi, using the names and details you provide. Every one is unique and custom-made with care.
How many names can I include?
You can include as many as you like — from a small household to an extended family. I’ll help you figure out the best layout once I see your list.
The product page allows for up to 20 names, as that is generally what fits within the A4 format, but send me a message if you need something bigger.
Can I see a draft before it’s painted?
Yes! I’ll send you a sketch for approval before I start painting. You’ll have a chance to check names, spelling, and arrangement.
How long does it take?
Turnaround is usually 1-2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity. Let me know if you need it sooner and I’ll do my best.
Can I gift a family tree to someone else?
Definitely — Family Trees make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or new parents. You can even include a personal message with it.
