What is a themed portrait?

A themed portrait is a personalised artwork where you choose from pre-designed outfits and themes, and I illustrate the face to match your likeness. It’s a balance of customisation and convenience, giving you a unique portrait without the full custom price or wait time.

How does the ordering process work?

Simply select your preferred outfit, then upload a clear photo of your face and hair from the front. I’ll customise the portrait based on your photo and send you your watercolour artwork.

Can I request changes to the design?

Since these are semi-custom portraits, the outfits and themes are set, but your hair and skin tone will be illustrated to match your photo. Small adjustments can be considered, but major changes will not be possible.

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

I typically need 3 days to customise your portrait, plus additional time for shipping. You’ll receive an estimated delivery time at checkout.

What kind of photos should I upload?

For the best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo of your face and hair, preferably facing forward. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images, as they may affect the accuracy of your portrait.

Can I add multiple people or pets to my portrait?

Right now, themed portraits are limited to one person per piece. However, I may offer more options in the future!

What sizes are available?

My semi-custom portraits are available in postcard size (10 x 15 cm). Check the product page for details.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since each portrait is personalised, I cannot accept returns or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
