Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take?

I've worked hard to streamline and make my card builder as intuitive as possible, so that you can finish your card in less than 5 minutes.

Can I print the digital version?

No. You are paying for the digital license of my original work and can send it as a JPG via messaging or email only. If you would like a printed version, you can select the 'Physical card with envelope' option. It's printed on beautifully textured paper and a lovely premium envelope with textured lining.

How long does shipping take for the printed card?

I process all orders within 1 (working) day, and send them by DHL within The Netherlands and PostNL International for other countries. Depending on your location, it takes generally 3-7 days within the EU, and 1-2 weeks for outside the EU.

Can I customise hair, clothing, or accessories?

All graduate portraits have a robe, and for females you can choose if they are wearing a dress/skirt or pants. I've also included an option for a hijab. You can then choose if the graduate is holding a scroll or champagne. If you have any special requests, feel free to get in touch!

How do I create the portrait for the card?

You can pick the gender of the recipient, skin tone, hairstyle and customise the portrait further with sash style and if they're holding a scroll or champagne.

Can I add a personal message inside the card?

Absolutely! The card is blank on the inside for your own personal message. If you want to send it directly to the recipient, you may contact me to write something for you.

What if I need the card urgently?

If you need the card urgently and aren't sure of the postal service times, I can send you a printable PDF of the card in advance. Make sure you still pick the physical card option to Add to Cart!
